Custom work may be included within these services based on client requirements. Pricing for standard and customized services is mentioned on the website or shared directly with the client.
3. Customization & Pricing
All service prices are predefined; however, custom pricing may apply based on project scope and requirements.
Pricing is negotiable only for loyal clients who have continuously availed our services for 4 months or more.
Any customization or additional work will be charged separately unless explicitly agreed in writing.
4. No Guarantee of Results
A9 Digital Solutions does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:
- Search engine rankings
- Traffic growth
- Leads, sales, or conversions
While we make every reasonable effort and apply proven strategies, results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control. The client agrees that no responsibility or liability will be placed on A9 Digital Solutions for unmet expectations.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Grant necessary access (hosting, GSC, GMB, social accounts, etc.)
- Respond on time for approvals and requirements
Delays caused due to lack of cooperation may impact service timelines, for which A9 Digital Solutions will not be held responsible.
6. Payments & Billing
Full or advance payment is required before service commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments must be made on time as per the agreed schedule.
Failure to make timely payment may result in delay, pause, or suspension of services.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be provided once payment is made and services have started or setup has been completed.
Cancellation may be discussed on a case-by-case basis; however, no refund will be issued after service initiation.
Once payment is made and work has begun, no disputes related to payment will be entertained.
8. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- All strategies, processes, reports, tools, templates, and methodologies used by A9 Digital Solutions remain the sole property of the agency.
- The client does not gain ownership of the agency’s intellectual property.
- The client is purchasing a service, not ownership rights.
9. Freelancers & Third-Party Assistance
Some tasks may be performed by freelancers or third-party professionals under the supervision of A9 Digital Solutions. However, overall control and responsibility remain with the agency owner.
10. Tools & Platforms
We may use a combination of:
- Free tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner)
- Paid tools (industry-standard SEO, analytics, and marketing tools where required)
- Tool usage is based on project needs, and no ownership of tools is transferred to the client.
11. Third-Party Platforms & Risks
A9 Digital Solutions is not responsible for:
Account bans, suspensions, deletions, or restrictions
Policy changes by Google, Meta, or other platforms
Ranking drops, data loss, or technical issues caused by third parties These risks are inherent in digital platforms and are beyond our control
12. Partnerships, Equity & Business Collaboration
In cases where a client seeks growth through digital marketing via partnership or equity:
Majority equity and decision-making rights will remain with A9 Digital Solutions.
Such arrangements do not grant any ownership or authority over the agency or its owner.
All terms will be negotiated separately in writing.
13. Service Duration & Delays
If a client’s service term (e.g., 3 months) ends and payment is stopped:
Services may be delayed, paused, or fully stopped No responsibility will be taken for any impact caused due to service discontinuation
14. Limitation of Liability
A9 Digital Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Financial loss
- Business loss
- Ranking or traffic fluctuations
- Account issues
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- The client agrees to use our services at their own risk.
15. Ethical & Legal Marketing
We follow legal and ethical digital marketing practices. We do not claim unrealistic growth timelines. Any claims made by other agencies or businesses do not represent our methods or guarantees.
16. Changes to Terms
A9 Digital Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction applicable to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
